Mortgage Rates – November 14, 2025
Mortgage rates this week were overall a snooze fest as opposed to the stock market which was rocking and rolling post government shutdown.
Insiders are completely split on what they feel the fed will do come December with a 50% likelihood of a cut and the other half betting rates will remain unchanged. The Feds job is all the more difficult with the Trump administration signaling they will not return to releasing economic data as was precedent for over 100 years.
Be on the lookout next week for the markets reacting to any shred of information from fed speakers and third party data.
