Mortgage Rates – October 10, 2025
Mortgage rates for the week are inching back down to a 12 month low according to Freddie Mac yesterday. The news is a breath of relief for home buyers that were teased with a brief drop in mid September, only to bump higher once again.
In addition to the government shutdown drama, things to look out for next week include the Consumer Price Index data on Wednesday and Retail sales data Thursday.
